Main technical parameters
1. All the rollers are made of high-quality alloy steel
（38CrMoA142CrMo60CrMoV9Cr2Mo）and processed gradually with series of
working procedures such as mechanical treatment, heat treatment and
chromeplating surface treatment. The surface hardness can be up to
HRC58-62.
2. Heating method
a. Spiral Heating in Hollow Internal Bladder:The forge piece hits
deep hole, install screw liner or spray-type liner to make
conduction oil directional flow within the screw (or spray) to
achieve the goal of heating, temperature difference1.5℃.
b. Peripheral hole hitting heating:Equably hit deep hole around the
roller to make conduction oil circular flow heating in the hole
around, temperature difference is smaller (≤1℃) and heat efficiency
is higher.
